  76.     Accesses uses your name and a REGISTER CODE to register the
  77.     application.  The name and REGISTER CODE are supplied only when
  78.     Accesses is registered (using this form), the $19
  79.     registration fee is enclosed with a SASE envelope, and when the
  80.     registration form is signed by the registered user.  The REGISTER
  81.     CODE will be returned to you in your SASE as soon as the
  82.     registration is received.  This REGISTER CODE can be used for all
  83.     future upgrades (if any) to Accesses in the Windows 3.0
  84.     environment.
